There is something about adding a structured element like a blazer to casual T-shirt & jeans outfit that makes you seem all the more put together.

Citizen’s Mark uses socially responsible practices in each step of their process, from branding, sourcing materials, & manufacturing. Currently on their site they have 4 different styles of blazers available, and this one is the Copenhagen (CPH) Classic Fit Blazer. I chose this one because it was more of a slim fit in the tailoring, and I felt the shade of gray would pair nicely with many different color palettes. For reference I am in a size “0” here, and normally wear a Small or XS in tops, and am 5’2″.

When I received the blazer I couldn’t wait to slip it on! It is made of 100% Italian Wool and you can’t see it here but underneath the collar has a contrasting German wool underneath (you can see that on their site – subtle but it’s the little details!). I truly feel that this a blazer that will last a lifetime and I know I am going to get so much use out of it. I love it when I come across brands like this because you know what you are getting is quality and you aren’t just paying big bucks to wear a name brand because someone said it was cool. You are really getting a quality garment with a beautiful fit.

This blazer from Citizen’s Mark, a socially responsible brand, has proven in just a few short days that it is the perfect piece to add to my go-to weekend look, or throw on Monday-Friday to make me look & feel a little more professional at the office.
