Cute gingham top for summer

Now that summer is in full swing I’m finding myself reaching for a few of the same tops over and over again. I bought this one from Urban Outfitters before I went to NY and have been wearing it so much! I actually wore it on the plane TO New York, while I was in New York,  I wore it several times running errands since I’ve been home, and even for the fourth of July parade the other night. I’ve been styling it with white jeans or white cut off shorts most of the time. Also, for reference I ordered a size XS – its stretchy but I would say runs true to size because it is just a tad bit small on me. read more

Easy Summer Outfit

easy summer outfit

Hope you’re all enjoying your week! Only two more days till Friday and I for one ready for a glass of rosé …but I can’t lie I may have had one or two throughout the week heheh. I’ve been meaning to shoot this easy summer outfit since before I went to NY but as usual, life happened!

For me, an easy summer outfit usually consists of a great dress (see the cute one I wore in Florida here), some fun shoes, and of course a jacket to throw over top in case it cools down outside. This little linen dress is from Urban Outfitters and comes in FOUR different colors! And I’ve been steady wearing this denim jacket for the past few weeks (see how I styled it here) – it’s older from Zara but I found a similar one with the distressed bottom here too! read more

Summer Staples

What I Really WearHappy Friday! I wanted to take a minute to break down what I’m REALLY wearing this summer. YES – I do really wear all of the clothing you see on my Instagram and my blog but some of those items I’m not wearing on a daily basis. Lately I’ve found myself just shooting outfits I really wear instead of shooting some glamorous dress or something. It’s actually kind of nice and definitely makes my life easy! On the flip side of that, there are clothes I also wear on a regular basis that have never made it to the blog or the ‘gram but I love them equally as much as my other clothes – if not more because a lot of them are CASUAL wear like t-shirts and sweats lol! read more

Trend to Try | Off the Shoulder Top

Off the shoulder topHappy Wednesday babes! I wanted to share this look with you ASAP because this off the shoulder top is one of those tops that I know I am going to be wearing ALL.SUMMER.LONG. It is extremely comfortable and is under $50 too – so it’s a win-win! Here I paired it with this cute mini skirt which you can also see me wearing in my last post here (also very versatile). I personally feel like this skirt runs a tad bit on the small side, so depending how you like your clothes to fit either take your size or go down one size. read more

Feel Confident in Your Clothing | NYC Edition

Feel confident in your clothing

Feeling a little refreshed and ready to go today after a quick weekend in New York City. I always have such a great time when I visit NY and this time was no different. One of my favorite things about NY definitely has to be the food. There are SO many options you really can’t go wrong. The best thing I ate all weekend was the Lobster Roll at Gaby Bar in Midtown. Guys, it was DELICIOUS. I definitely recommend it if you are going to be in NY anytime soon!

About a week and a half ago I was lucky enough to go on a little beach getaway with the Ancient Nutrition team and Dr. Josh Axe. If you guys aren’t familiar you can check out his site here – you will be amazed at all the cool health and wellness related stuff you’ll find there. He also has a product line called Ancient Nutrition – and if you’ve stepped foot inside a health food store lately you’ve probably seen some of his collagen or bone broth protein products. I’ve been using 1 scoop of the Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen protein in my coffee every morning which is beneficial in keeping you hair, skin, & nails looking their best. It also provides join support – you just can’t go wrong! read more
